Why leveling matters
New plank laid over dips and humps flexes, clicks and pulls apart at the seams. Leveling is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that doesn’t.
Tile comes up clean
When ceramic tile comes out, the thinset under it gets scraped back too, so the new floor sits flat instead of riding on ridges.

Do you take out the old floor?
Yes: carpet, tile, laminate and glued-down vinyl, and we haul it away. Removal is listed on its own line in your quote so you can see what it costs.
My floor isn’t flat. Can you fix it?
Yes. Where the slab dips, usually after tile comes out, we pour self-leveling compound so the new floor has a flat base. We check before we quote so there are no surprises.
How much will it cost?
